No housekeepers to get towels, clean, or change sheets in room. Unvaccumed halls and stairs. Front desk were not welcoming and looked unenthusiastic or bored out of their minds. No iron. Had to go out and purchase one. Overpriced rates. Bathrooms were outdated. Some of the linen had stains.

I do NOT recommend Togwotee! Don't be fooled by the nice looking photos. This building is in need of major renovations, and the staff service does not compensate for the lack of amenities. The bathroom fixtures are probably 50 years old, with mildew under the faucet handle. There was also mildew on the baseboards in the bathroom, and the bathroom is not big enough for 2 people to be in there at the same time. There is no central air conditioning, which would have been okay if not for the air quality alert due to smoke from wild fires, which caused me to wake up congested every morning since we had to sleep with the windows open. There is also no fan in the room at all, so there was no air circulation. Also, there is no maid service. Our stay was 6 nights, and we were told that they would only come to empty our trash cans if we requested that, which we did, but then they STILL did not empty our trash. The breakfast that is offered is $20 per plate and it's just average food. We did NOT enjoy our stay here.

When we arrived the receptionist seemed put out. Not really friendly just matter of fact. The trash in our cabin from previous guest had not been removed. There was beer in the refrigerator from previous guest. Dirty dinner dishes in cabinet

I booked 5 units for our entire family. 4 of the units were in good operational order, 1 unit however none of the heating worked nor most of the outlets. Biggest issue was a a very poor breakfast selection and they wanted $20/person while we showed them very clearly their website said $15/person. The staff was mostly indifferent and said this is the price irrespective of what the advertising said. Check-in process was smooth and efficient.

I guess in general it was OK but there is no AC. Even if you open the window, you don't feel the breeze. We stayed at Lodge itself. The breakfast is almost the same every day, you need to pay $20 for adult and $15 for children. The room & bathroom are outdated. They do not clean while you stay at the Lodge. The staff is not happy and not polite either. There is no fridge or microwave. I'd suggest to stay somewhere else.
