Our mattress had large urine stains on it, large crack in the door did not allow cold air to stay in room. Musty smell in room. Staff was rude.
Giant urine stain on mattress.

What a hidden gem of a hotel! I was a little leary of staying somewhere that wasn’t a name I recognized or had stayed at before but I’m so glad I took the chance. Not only was the facility clean and the staff lovely, but they offered complimentary breakfast AND dinner every night along with a free cocktail each night of our stay. The food was good and they had a nice assortment. Even had top shelf vodka for my cocktail. I would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

Prado needs to improve ASAP!

I did not like this hotel. They are supposedly remodeling Prado but it obviously has not started. Let’s just say there was wild activity both nights we stayed. (Wild enough to be awakened) and a group of FOUR guys tried to get into our room on one of those nights. The hotel even has to post a dress code for their morning breakfast. Who has to do that?? And they had an armed security guard on site 24/7. If we had known all this, we would not have stayed there.

Great customer service

The front desk staff (thank you, Gloria) went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. She went the extra mile even though we'd booked through and outside portal, and that's not always the case. I was unfamiliar with Prado, but we'll seek them out again. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-priced.

The room was good soft bed clean room, the hotel itself was clean. The staff was all very friendly the dinner that night was taco night but had other things as well . Everything was great .we will be staying here every time i come to jackson ms
