Our first room was stained, dirty, and not acceptable. I asked for another room and was given a room that looked like it was in another hotel altogether. It was clean, big, comfortable. Perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room had bed bugs. While I understand that this can happen, my issue was with the lack of concern and attention to the matter. I literally found a bug and took it down to the front desk in a plastic bag. Desk clerk said who could not do anything for me I would have to call the manager on Monday. So I have to do all the work??? Called on Monday, was told they couldn't do anything until the room was inspected later that day. They never called, I had to call again on Tuesday and was told me the room had not been inspected yet. I demanded a refund. Severe lack of concern for the issue so I doubt it will be addressed.

We were awakened at 4:30 AM by a loud banging sound similar to hammering on duct work that went on for an hour every 5 seconds or so. It was coming from the bathroom vent. Later that morning the desk clerk apologized and said it was a know issue. She had heard it before. Also the bathroom lights began flickering like a bright strobe light and never stopped. I showed housekeeping as we were leaving. Although thanking me for telling them about our problem no credit was offered. I feel I paid way too much given the extremely poor experience.

We were in town visiting family and were looking for a nice, quiet relaxing place to stay. This hotel appeared to be new, had a lovely lobby and very nice staff. The room and bathroom were great and it is conveniently located off the interstate We will definitely be back in the Fall. Thanks for a nice stay. Oh and the price was another plus!
