The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it does not compensate for poor state of the amenities. In the room: The fireplace, which is not wood but electric now, was not working (we were promised 10%off though). The faucet was leaking, the hair drier was not working, there were no pool towels in the room as was supposed to be (they sent the maintenance to bring towels after we called). In the pool the outdoor hot tub had no jets working, it was just a hot bath. The temperature in the indoor jacuzzi and dry sauna was never hot enough. We were leaving during ice storm and the walkways from the unit were pure skating rink, not salted or sanded. The road was very slippery. This place is great, but needs to improve their maintenance a little bit.

Room needs to be upgraded. Bathroom fans need to be replaced. When one was turned on in the building, every other unit rattled. Clubhouse was nice, but should be available 24/7. With fab access this should not be a problem. Many people work out early in the morning, so the posted hours are not enough.

Have stayed at least 6 times, in various rooms, over the last 20 years and this will be the last time. The room was a bit dirty, dust and cobwebs. Only One of the 2 mini-splits was working. It was in the 30's at night and cold. The heater that was working was VERY noisy. The blinds were missing from the huge window with the stained glass and built in window bench. Brackets are there but just the bright sun rising in your eyes while in bed. The mattress should be changed, it's obviously old. The shower has two different heads, one was broken and spraying water from around the shower head. It was just awful, it was freezing and bright at 6am, happy 20th anniversary! We did inform the front desk of the issues when we left, no one really cared
