Nice facility. Pool, lazy river, golf and adult areas for cocktails with live music as well as restaurants all on site. Now, there were a couple of negatives. The floor in our room had obviously not been mopped or vacuumed in a while. They sent someone when I asked that it at least be vacuumed, but even then it was just done in spots. We were there two nights and we were charged for coffee that I got the second morning from the front desk. I would have thought it should have been complimentary since it would have ordinarily already been provided in the room anyway. Overall it was nice and I would recommend it to friends.

It was fine.

Our stay was fine. The door handle to enter was difficult to open. They offered to send someone to check on it, but it was late by the time I reported it, so we said no, please. One multilight didn't work. The check in line was long, but moved pretty well. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and our grandson loved the pool and lazy river. We were at a soccer tournament and many of the families were there as well.

Service has gone down. Glassware has been replaced by paper/plasticware in room service, which is environmentally unsustainable. Breakfast Buffett has limited options, only scrambled egg is provided and one is charged $12 for an omelette.
