Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. Staff was courteous & professional. The hotel was very clean, everything was well stocked. One of my favorite things was the DOVE products in the bathrooms. Most hotels want to give you “smelly” soaps & lotions. Dove products are such a better choice. Also, they used full-size products not all those single use products. Refillable, full-size, much better for the environment.

It was a good visit. The room was excellent, except the bath tub stopper was not too tight. Water slowly leaked out as I sat in the tub. But over all a good experience! Will stay again and again.

5 stars for the Candlewood Suites in New Bern. Staff was super friendly, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and it has to be one of the best smelling hotels in which I have stayed. Highly recommended, and I will return next year.

Everything was good except for the water pressure in the shower. There was a woman in the room next door who started yelling about something at 7:30 in the morning who woke us up. The room was great though. Would propably stay here again.
