Minnie and the other receptionist (the tall woman with long hair) were extremely kind and helpful. We stayed at the hotel multiple times during our trip to Maui, and they consistently welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to help with our stay.

Affordable and clean, and located right on water. Restaurant next door was convenient and good breakfast. Area was not ideal, but just up road was very low key, very clean and attractive beach for an afternoon. Stayed here one night due to airport is very close.

I had a room that had an ocean view and it was great. The room was smaller but as expected for a smaller hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach access was great, it was like a private beach and the hotel had a cute common area inside and outside for guests. The staff was super friendly. Tiana was the best! Everyday she was friendly and engaging, had the great recommendations and would always check in to see how my day was. I would definitely stay here again.

Had to change rooms after first night because a/c wasn’t working. Also, phone and ice machine were not working. Paid for “ocean view” in the expedia app, but the rooms given did not have any ocean view. Staff was helpful and made the stay better.

I was looking for an affordable hotel. This one is within my budget. There are roaches running in the bathroom and in the cabinets. Only one elevator in the entire facility. The mattress is too soft. The sheets and towels are very soft and white.

The location of the hotel is great if you are staying on that part of the island. It is an older hotel with all the hallways being open therefore, there were numerous bugs in the bathroom at night time, but too big expected. Carpet in the hallways and rooms definitely need to be replaced. I wore shoes in my room. The price point reflects the condition of the hotel.
