“Seaside” means truly by the sea. Beautiful grounds and the staff was very friendly. Room is very comfortable and clean with gentle sounds of the ocean. The airport shuttle was convenient since we did not rent a car.

First and foremost I cannot believe the hotel would not refund me when we missed our flight! I have to say the staff is amazing! The room is not impressive as it smells of not cleaned deeply. The staff is always super helpful and always cleaning pool areas and grounds. The rooms are small and not well kept/updated with pricing

Most of the hotel has been remodeled. I had one of the older rooms that had not been remodeled. It was like a room at motel 6. The rest of the hotel is really nice.

Ok stay

The staff were very nice, but on por first night we found two bugs so we asked for room service the next day and we didn’t get it. The following day we asked for it again and they did come in to clean. The last night we were there we spoke another bug in the restroom. Our room also had an old musky smell, and we just bought air freshener for that. We has a lot of activities planned so we were not in the hotel that much.

Loved the renovated tower portion and pool area. It was a great place to stay. Parking was available but small parking spots. Our rental car was hit and nobody left note. Hit and run. Good hotel and friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful with great view.

The first hotel I've been to where pool closes at dusk. Rooms are dingy, you get what you post for. Mattresses are thin and hard.
