The woman at the front desk was so incredibly nice and got my room ready early. The food at the restaurant was not very good. The grounds look nice around the pool. It was walkable to a few important stores. The beach was not very impressive. Cleanliness was OK in my room it was not great. Overall, it was a decent work trip stay.

We only booked this place for the shuttle ride back-and-forth to the airport. They picked us up with our son who is six years old and over the weight of needing a car seat, but insisted that we could not get back to the airport in the shuttle. They picked us up in the shuttle, but refused to take us back. They put us in a very difficult spot had to pay for an Uber and this was literally the only reason we booked.

Pool was nice. It is centrally located and close to the hospital. Which is what I needed. But front desk staff was rude. Fees! Fees! Fees! And takes on top of fees! Parking fee and taxes on parking fees!!! That to me is ridiculous and why I would not recommend nor stay again. Also you have to ask if you want daily room service which when I checked in I was NOT told. So just trying to get clean towels and pool towels daily became a chore. The housekeeping staff was nice but not organized nor clear about many things. You pay an amenities fee and I’m not sure for what? No daily room service nor daily toiletries replacement. Although there were only three small bottles anyways. Not my favorite .

Close to work location and airport. Tante's was right at Hotel and food was great. Staff was really helpful. Check in had water for your bottle refill or just a glass Only had two day but next time will be for a vacation
