Great service at check in, upgraded room and Expedia’s present. The renovated rooms are nice, big enough to feel really comfortable in them. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, something we found generally lacking in Hawaii.

Excellent location for this mid-priced, non-luxurious hotel/motel, somewhat downscale. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Cary. We stayed in one of the rooms of the upgraded Wing, but the Internet was very spotty. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. We chose it because it’s location more towards the force in proximity to locations other than the typical beach scene.

When we pulled up to the property and walked the halls to our room, we were skeptical as to what we’d find. The hotel hallways and exterior haven’t appeared to be updated in awhile but then, we opened the door and were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms were SO nice. Would stay again!

Beautiful property just of the beach. Nice family atmosphere. Clean and very professional. Rooms are very nicely appointed. My only request is fur the windows up on high to the opposite of the entry way to have a movable curtain. As it would have been nice to dark out the room during daylight. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

I arrived early due to my flight and was able to check into my room immediately. The room was clean with direct access to the pool. I took advantage of a dip into the pool to cool off. The staff was welcoming and assisted me with reserving the airport shuttle.

Everyone was really accommodating. Even the security passed out cool towelettes. The whole area was very clean and the location is so close to the beach. Would definitely recommend! Not to mention Tante’s restaurant which was so delicious was minutes away.

The pictures are very deceptive. There were nearly 50 of us in our group and none of us had a room that looked like their pictures. The rooms were very rundown. Yes, there was a refrigerator that was on rusty wire racks. There was only a rack next to it as the closet. A hairdryer and steamer were available. This was our most expensive hotel of the 3 were stayed at on our island hops and the worst condition. The entry and pool area were as pictured. .
