Excellent condo in an affordable price range

We’ve stayed at a lot of condos on the Kohala Coast and this one stood out for its high quality kitchen, bathrooms, and amenities given the very affordable price range (for the area). The only downside was the lack of a shower or tub in the third bathroom so anyone staying in that bathroom has to borrow the other bathrooms to bathe. Other than that, everything was great. The pool is large and there were seldom any other people in it. The outdoor lanai with the gas fire pit was a nice spot to relax. There are control panels for the surround sound system, air conditioning, and lighting. Excellent wine glasses, a wine fridge, nice convection oven: very good communication with the property manager via text.

A great/fun stay

The home is very nicely put together. Control system is great - lights at a touch of a button are very handy. Layout is great. Clean place (and clean and function rentals are a big issue for me) great - although some cookware could use a better clean (the only issue I could offer on the home actually). The best praise I can offer is that I would rent this home again when I return to the big Island. Thanks for being truthful & honorable on the VRBO offering.

Perfect family vacation

The property is perfectly situated with amenities (pool and shops) in walking distance. The beach club is a relaxing run-distance of 3 miles away. The house is very clean and well stocked. I’d highly recommend this property for a family getaway!

This is a lovely, high-tech accommodation. We particularly noticed how well equipped it was from brand-new copper pots and pans and an ample supply of zip locks all the way to extra swim goggles in the event you forgot your own! We wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is amazing, It has all the amenities of home (and more). The location was great for when we needed to get groceries, go to the beach, go golfing or just relax at the community pools.
