Looks can be very deceiving.

The original room that I booked when I enter into the room. It had a horrible smell is smell like a pet. Was another room? The bed was so uncomfortable. To the point of my head am, my entire body is aching. Yes, services didn't offer to give me another room for the inconvenience. I had to endure the situation.

Upon checking in.. no notice by staff that pool was not in operation. A taped sign on the access door to the pool stated that the pool was closed for repairs.. no ETA.
