No pool or spa, or any of the amenities listed on this hotel. Charge for full bundle and all you get is a room. Total rip off and will not use this hotel again. Doors that don’t even work with keycard use and a young employee that wants to yell at guest for trying to open the lobby dor.

The room was amazing and staff were extremely friendly, but we booked the hotel for the pool and hot tub. NO WHERE did it say that they were not currently available. Upon arrival there was a piece of paper hung stating it was closed until further notice.

Room 120. After checking in Monday night, we found about an inch of water all over the bathroom floor and soaking into the carpet by the door. Sink was found to have dried rust flakes and other debris in it. My husband went to the front desk to tell them about it, but the girl at the desk (Heather) said there were no other rooms on the first floor (we have two dogs with us) and handed my husband a handful of towels to mop it up. At 0515 in the morning, I heard water dripping in the bathroom, and found the bathroom sink overflowing with water and debris. The floor had at least an inch of water on it, both rolls of toilet paper were soaked and the counter was dripping over. Took picture. Put stopper back in sink and held on until the person above us stopped running water. Went to front desk at 0700 and told them what happened. They said they could not compensate us due to reserving the room on Hotels.com. Found out at that time there were other rooms available on the first floor from the night prior, and we could have moved. The hotel was having issues with their pool at the time and had a sign stating they were closed for repairs. Had they not checked the rooms next to the pool to see if they were having problems? They should have. Poor management. Hope they sanitize the carpet and bathroom before the next patron stays there!

This hotel ripped me off. I made my reservation and paid in full through Expedia. Later that day i received an email requesting a card for incidentals. I used my cashapp card. Which they charged $1. On the day of check in my boyfriend arrived before me. They charged him $50 for incidentals. The next friend used his credit card

There was no WI-FI, no pool, no restaurant available and the tv cable kept cutting in and out! We had to bring up our own internet and tv box for the night! I’m also not happy with the quality of the Wyndham hotels lately. Going to try another rewards hotel!
