Absolutely hated the bed pillows. Too big. Too heavy. The coverlet on top of the bed was inside a cover and had no way of staying inside of it. Constantly slipping off the bed. Horrible. The window covers would not close completely to keep out sun and daylight. We had to clip them together with a hair clip. The bathroom stopper would barely stop water from draining out if you took a bath.

Things in general are starting to show age and wear and neglection. The amenities of lots of lobby spaces for sitting and relaxing with tvs and fireplaces and indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and onsite restaurant is nice. It’s things like bolts coming loose on handles in elevators, luggage cart racks loose at top so can’t hang bags, the two rooms we stayed in had torn shredded curtains, light blocking plastic curtains

Courteous staff, clean room. Only had an issue with the comforter being stained too much for my liking but it was replaced with a better one immediately! Loved the breakfast and lobby. Definitely, have to try the heated pool next time. I love this hotel, overall!

Staff was excellent, but the rest not so much. I kept smelling urine in the hallway. The room curtains were shredded and didn’t close. Shower tub needed new traction: I nearly slipped and fell. Room temp was too warm no matter how much I turned it down. But the bed was comfy and clean.
