Cockroaches in the room, bed was like sleeping on the floor. Did have an awesome view of the ocean, with limited beach area. Is at the edge of where homeless hang out but they did not bother folks. Walking distance within a great breakfast place called Kountry Kitchen and don't miss out getting BBQ at Paniola Santa Maria, hopefully live music happening!

Very quaint place. Nice amenities and staff. Not the most updated, but still very quaint. Access to coin laundry on site was super helpful. Located right on the water with easy walk to town and restaurants. The view of the water from the room is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Very much appreciate the free upgrade to an ocean view! Staff was super kind and accommodating. Unfortunately there were multiple water intrusion issues in the room. For a couple nights with a free ocean view, it didn't really bother me.

When we first walked in the room it had a terrible musty smell that never went away. The AC barely worked with no cover on it to direct what little air flow there was. Also, there was a yellow stain down the wall from whatever the AC was leaking. The refrigerator just had a foul, putrid odor. The toilet bowl handle didn't work so every time you flushed, you had to lift the lid and put the plug back in place. I was shocked at the flimsy lock on the slider that a crow bar could easily destroy without much effort. And the bikes they offered were very worn and the chain kept coming off on two occasions. There were a couple people on staff that seemed as if they wanted to be elsewhere. The positive points were the pool and the ocean just outside your room. I will never be back here. Can't recommend it at all. First time on Expedia I picked a loser. Avoid this place if you can.

Very nice room with a magnificent ocean view. Centrally located. They have beach umbrellas, chairs and coolers at no wxtra charge. Yhe people are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and check in/out was smooth. Room was fairly dirty and hadn’t been deeply cleaned. Sofa and chairs had visible dirt marks on them. Bathroom tile had not been cleaned for some time. Overall size of room was great and shower was fantastic. Not a bad place to stay for the price/location and with some cleaning, it would be a 5 star rating.
