Booked a room which stated it sleeps 5. Arrived to be told it only sleeps 4 which was not suitable for our group. Hotel at max occupancy. No solutions and this happens all the time when people book via 3rd parties. Restaurant closed at 8:45 so couldn’t eat there after super long drive. Herd of elephants above us, super bad room noise insulation. No breakfast at 9:30 the next morning. All in all awful experience that cost circa $200 for the privilege. And to top it off had to share a bed with one of our group, not what I had planned for or wanted to do, no disrespect to them. ebookers.com who are usually really good MUST sort this room sleeps ‘X number’ out quickly and as a matter of priority as it ruins your stay and is a waste of money and time. Supposedly Hilton say this has been happening for ages not just by ebookers.com but by lots or other hotel bookings sites. Sort it out!
