This Oceanfront home on a half acre of land in Hawaiian Paradise Park gives you the privacy and serenity you're looking for. Set just back from the cliffs it is in full view of the glorious sunrise and dramatic sapphire blue ocean year round! The landscaping, front gate and rock walls offer this home a nice degree of privacy.

The two story house has separation between the living areas and bedroom suites. Downstairs are two master suites, each with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedroom windows look out onto the ocean. Wake up and marvel at the views right from bed! The south suite bathroom has a full bathtub and shower and the north suite bedroom has a TV and the bathroom has a slate-tiled walk-in shower and two vanity sinks. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer close to the bedrooms for your convenience. Upstairs you will find an even more impressive view of the ocean from the covered lanai and from inside. Here is a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Also upstairs is a study, SMART TV and another bathroom with shower. The gourmet kitchen is finished with Quartz counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher and a Viking gas range, fun for cooks!.

The property is fully landscaped with beautiful bougainvillea, plumbago and colorful hibiscus flowering plants! The home is extremely well maintained. Water is provided via rain water catchment and is filtered for indoor use. 

Hawaiian Paradise Park is conveniently located about 10 miles south of Hilo and the Hilo International airport. From here you can visit Volcanoes National Park (45 min drive), Pohoiki black sand beach (50 minute drive), Hilo (15 min drive) and the gorgeous Hamakua Coast with waterfalls, botanical gardens and lush Hawaiian forests (30-90 min drives).
