They had an issue with the flood alarms , can deal with that no hot tub was not working * sigh* the topper was the flood light outside my window made it look like daylight all night long!!!!!!!

Staff was amazingly inviting, friendly, and helpful. My wife needs gluten free food and the hotel manager had already bought gluten free bread for another guest. That’s service! Clean room! However, could use one of those luggage cots for putting suitcases on. Though not a complaint. There was an incident where the result was the fire alarm kept turning on as quick as the staff could reset it. We inquired if this would be an issue overnight. The manager said we could leave with full refund if we wanted to as she really couldn’t guarantee how long it would take to get things fixed. However, we had faith that things would be taken care of and stayed.

It was fine

Nice clean hotel. Decent breakfast, but my daughter left her sleep shorts in the room and despite our call, they said the never found them... I booked initially with an old credit card, and forgot to update it at check in, so they called the room at 9:30 at night. When I didn't answer, they taped a note to the door. Really?

It was…okay. The tv was wobbly and tilted to one side or the other but never in the center. The bathroom fan is only for looks/sound. It doesn’t actually do anything.

From the time we checked in until the time we left, we had a great stay the front desk Staff was amazing. Breakfast was yummy. The pool was great, We just wish the hot tub was working but we understand. They always had fresh hot cookies at the front desk and the kids absolutely love that not to mention the complementary coffee or tea when you walk in. We will definitely stay here again.

Great clean modern and friendly hotel. Recommended

Great hotel. Staff made it feel like more of a family business than a chain. Clean, modern, tidy, practical rooms with comfy beds and great linens. I also like the interior doors onto a corridor rather than those that point out onto a carpark. Definitely feels safer. Location is great for the freeway but also a little odd in a mall carpark. Two down sides. One was the poorly fitting windows led to noise from the freeway. I would recommend asking for a room that points in the other direction as it’s quite significant. The other is the paper plates at breakfast and plastic wrapped disposable cups in the room. Not environmentally friendly. Other hotels have claimed ‘but they are compostable’ and my answer is not when mixed with plastic wrapping and mingled with plastic cutlery. I’m sure no one is going through separating it all out. Despite this it was a great hotel and I would gladly return.
