Tie up your boat to a 75 feet concrete dock overlooking a 100 feet wide canal. Enjoy instant access to the ocean or just 2 blocks away through Vaca Cut and you’re in the Gulf of Mexico. Bait freezer and fish cleaning table with fresh running water. A fisherman's paradise awaits! Beautiful, fully fenced backyard with a tropical setting. A nice ~ large PRIVATE heated pool with a deck, fully equipped to spend the day laying in the sun, sipping cocktails while food is cooking on the BBQ gas grill.
