The hotel was great. We were going to stay two days, however our 4 year old daughter got a bug bite(not from hotel) and we had to leave after one day. We didn't get a refund for the second night tho. The little beach was nice, then pool was nice and the staff was very accommodating.The hotel was a little older but it was a great stay for sure. It was close to eating places as well.

Great hotel

Loved the view from the hotel overlooking the water. The service was amazing anything you needed they brought to you fast. Etra responded text right away. Very clean rooms and the breakfast was very good. Everyone was so friendly. Would differently stay there again.

Not what it used to be

I had last been to this hotel a few years ago and feel it has gone down a bit. I found the carpets to be wet. There was a mold smell in the room which I attributed to the wet carpets which never dried out. I also was disappointed to find only a few chairs at the pool and beach area and quite a few were broken.

Carpets in the hotel room need to be cleaned considering you allow pets, as it smells like pets in the room. Bathroom shower had mold starting to form. The room just need a thorough cleaning and repairs.

Property is older, but very clean. Convenient for overnight stay before heading into Key West for the week. Loved that our 2 dogs could come, loved the sliding glass door option to our room. Beach is beautiful! We will be back to stay here again! The associates made us feel so welcomed even staying such a short time! Breakfast was also yummy! This place is a Win!
