My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We reckved a text soon after check in and every morning asking if we needed anything. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping came every other day. The pricate beach was wonderful ans great for snorkeling and seeing manatees. The pool area was very nice and the landscaping was gorgeous

BEWARE: Beg bug infestation in our room leading to terrible rashes requiring treatment.The check-in/check-out process was smooth. However, within 1 night of staying at this property, we developed beg bug rashes. Unfortunately as our stay was very short (2 nights) we were not able to identify the issue and change rooms in time. Beware of the cleanliness of this property and do a thorough inspection if you choose to stay here.

This is a hidden gem in Key largo!! The price was great the hotel was great and the breakfast and coffee was amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful! The beach area was relaxing and you can watch the sunset while enjoying the wildlife! A manatee even came up to say hi to everyone!
