A great family experience overall

We got the 2 room suite to share with our kids. Overall, the space was large and comfortable. Beds were supportive, while also soft, and having a full kitchen was great. One thing to be aware of is that there is only one bathroom, which adjoins the master suite, so heads up. The staff were very friendly, and having the ability to snorkel, jet ski, and much more directly from the property was great. The prices were also competitive for all activities, and we found the onsite crew to be some of the best around. The grounds are well kept, the pool is clean, and even the little beach area is filled with fish, crabs and much more, which is lovely for morning snorkeling with the kids. My only gripe would be the food. It is very hit or miss, and overall, just not good. Our teens even had issues with simple food like waffles and pizza. I’d avoid eating here, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay! The check-in process was quick and smooth, and there was plenty of parking available. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond-surprising me with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The tiki bartenders were fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
