Had to call the hotel to send me a receipt after I checked out because I was told they would email it to me. After I finally received my receipt from my stay, I noticed I was over charged $84. I talked and spoke to the manager Janice, not even apology from the manager after 15 minutes on the phone with her she assured me they would reimburse me $84. Unbelievable now I know why they did not want to email me my receipt. Definitely was not an honest mistake.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice layout. The front desk staff was excelent. So very kind. Sent a text during our stay if we needed anything taken to our room or restocked, etc. Location was good. The only thing you should be aware of is you have an indoor flight of stairs to the bedroom. It was no problem for me but my friend is heavier, a bit older, and less mobile.

Felt homey and cozy, beautiful view and perfect location. I do wish they took the trash out through the day time and provided more towels. There were some pest that came out at night... Besides that we had a great time!
