Rooms were clean ! Not enough towels or kitchen towels ! Only 2 beach chairs which were broken ,no umbrella ! When the clothes dryer door was opened ,the clothes kept tumbling ,did not shutoff automatically! No bbq tools and no egg flipper !

Parking was easy and secure. There are charging stations onsite for electric cars. Kitchen had most of the necessary supplies, except for the lack of cutting boards and missing dish washer detergents.

AC in main living area not working (and hasn’t been for some time) and the cleaning fees for a 3-night stay muck too high! On the positive side, beach supplies were provided. Pool area was decent.

Although called a "standard" room, I'd call it substandard. It looked on a road (just past a hedge) and didn't have any of the feel of the resort as pictured in all its photos. The staff apparently told an Expedia rep they would fix it, but when I spoke to them (2x) they could not provide us alternative accommodation despite our being there 7 days.

The condo was filthy. My socks were black within 20 min of walking from the bedroom into the kitchen and kids bedroom. The upstairs bathroom had obviously not been cleaned as there was a variety of hair on the floor, and toothpaste on the counter. Requested a cleaning and the maid came in with a swiffer "duster" for the floors as we were leaving. Upon return, the hair was missing in the bathroom but toothpaste was still there. I did another walk around in socks and they came back black again. Gross!! Dishes and pans had food on them as well. Made me wonder if our sheets were even clean. We got a good rate, but would never stay at this condo again.

Hotel staff an hotel itself was nice. Considering we are locals traveling to another island there was no rice cooker. Rooms was kind of interesting.There were some doors of the wall. We were pretty much there to just eat and sleep.Most of the days we were calWe were pretty much there to just eat and sleep. Most of the days we were gone. Overall, it was good. The room serves its purpose, and for sure we'll return, thank you.

Our original room had a problem with the back lanai door not locking, so they “upgraded” us. The one we stayed at was hot when we got in the room. The portable air conditioner in our bedroom was very loud and our bed was a Double— no way was that a Queen like we paid for. No one explained where to park our rental car. Would not stay there again if ever back in the area.

Mili at the front desk was awesome! She went above and beyond to rectify what I thought was a terrible situation. We had a room booked in Building 10 and with construction work going on we had to park and drag our luggage and groceries a long ways to our room. Mili found us a room with closer parking and it made our stay so much better. I may have misspelled her name so I apologize for that.

Condo was nice however- the anticipated “pay at the counter fees” required when we checked in were $100 more than what was stated on in hotels.com. Where to check in was not clear at all. Took some extra effort to find. Grounds were beautiful and walking distance to Kihei / shopping and food. Great access to beach.

Our unit was clean and quite up to date, and exterior facilities like the pool, gym, and community BBQ grills (gas) were also up to date, and well maintained. Room layout was great: as a 2BR (1 queen in upstairs loft bedroom with a “master bath”; 2 twins in main floor hallway bedroom) it also had a full sofa bed as advertised, and accommodated 5 without any issues. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and the in-unit laundry helped minimize the amount of luggage needed. The resort is particularly well located for travel to all major tourist destinations (Haleakalā, road to Hana, tours/activities out of Maalaea, or even driving towards West Maui attractions) while still close to some nice public beaches, and parking was easy with open spots near the elevator/stairs basically every time we returned back to the resort.

We used this property for a technician working in the area, and he found it very nice and comfortable. The location was convenient, with grocery stores nearby, which made his stay easier since he was there for a few days. There’s no cleaning service provided, so you’re responsible for tidying up after yourself, but the comfort of the property makes it well worth it.
