Maui temperatures seem to keep going up so please note Kama'ole Sands 1-405 has a "three zone split air conditioning system". When the trade winds aren't blowing, you'll be glad 1-405 will be a cool place for you to recharge for the next day!

So, Kama'ole Sands. This is a great resort in a great area; and it's across the street from one of Maui's best beaches. If you are looking for a beach resort to create Maui memories, this is the place.

Yes, the picture of the courtyard and ocean was taken from the 4th floor lanai of our building one Hawaiian retreat. The view of the fountains, gardens and ocean is spectacular from our relaxing vacation home.

Once you visit this beautiful complex you will see why we emphasize the building one location. Close to everything in the complex, but far enough away to not hear the beach traffic.

Little extras make for better memories. Our assigned parking is in front of our building, many are not. Building one is conveniently located near the administration building, tennis courts and barbecue area. Oh yes, we are just seconds away from the pool area but not so close that you'll hear the noise.

Our Hawaiian home comes furnished.* We have a full size washer and dryer, a queen bed and bathroom on the main floor, a king bed and bathroom in the loft area and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room along with TV's in the loft, main floor bedroom and a new (Dec. 2023) TV in the living room.
