Kamaole Sands #6-109 is a spacious, one bedroom two bath condo just steps away from the pool and a short walk through the beautiful grounds to the beach. It is located on the ground floor, with free parking just a few steps away and many amenities that can make your vacation wonderful!
This condo has a California king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa-bed, and a fold down queen Murphy bed with additional storage space in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large counter space to prep and enjoy your meals.
Two A/C's (in the living room and the bedroom) will make your stay comfortable.
The large and shady lanai is just steps away from the orchid wall and gated entry to the large pool, two spas, kiddie pool, fitness center, and activity desk. Take an easy 3-min stroll along a shaded path to Kamaole Beach Park III -- "Kam 3" is one of the best beaches on Maui. It has a nice sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling, the best for boogie-boarding, shade trees for playing and relaxing in the gigantic grassy park area with a new playground and bathrooms.
Our condo is the closest 1-bed/2-bath unit to the pool, yet feels extremely private thanks to the large Areca palms between the pool area and the lawn adjacent to our lanai. The orientation of the building provides the perfect amount of shade from the afternoon sun, while guiding the tradewind breezes through the entire condo.
The condo is accessible with no stairs between our front door and our reserved parking space 100 feet away. We are within walking distance to several local restaurants and shops, as well as the Kihei Boat Landing and Maui Public Bus stops.
Enjoy the complimentary pool-side party each Wednesday with live Hawaiian music, professional hula dancers, and singers.
