Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the streetand just a two-minute walk from ever-popular Kamaole Beach III, a lifeguarded beach park. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from nearby championship golf courses.

Kamaole Sands #2-404 is a large 1,188 sq ft. two-bedroom two-bath unit on the fourth floor. There is a split system A/C and ceiling fans throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone, 3 TVs, a DVD and Blu-Ray player, and free Wi-fi. There is a California king bed in the master and a flat screen television. It is kept cool with a split system air conditioner. The second bedroom has A/C, two twin beds, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom is an en suite with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room as well as A/C, a large screen SmartTV with DVR and a Blu-Ray and DVD player. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys. Enjoy a view of majestic Haleakala from your lanai. Kamaole Sands #2-404 sleeps 6.
