D307 is a two bedroom, two bath with AC. There is a full ocean view of Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. You can see wonderful sunsets, whales during high season and kite surfers on a windy day. All can be enjoyed from the lanai and inside the condo. The lanai has a dining table and chairs for relaxing while enjoying dining or the spectacular view.
The living room area has high beam ceilings along with a ceiling fan and a/c. There is a tv and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is remodeled and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking essentials you need.
The master bedroom is in the upstairs loft area which looks down into the living room. There is a spacious King size bed and a full bathroom with a shower (no tub). There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your enjoyment.
The guest bedroom downstairs offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The guest bathroom features a tile vanity and a small tub with shower.
