My wife and I stayed six nights in the Kai tower. I highly recommend this resort. The hotel staff was excellent! The property is well laid out so that the onsite (somewhat limited) dining, multiple pools, front desk and other amenities are a short walk regardless of where you stay on the premises. Beach access is a five minute walk. Within a 5-10 minutes walk, there are several restaurants, bars, bakeries, food trucks and small eateries offering a wide range of food options. A free hotel shuttle provides transport and pickup to and from nearby Wailea which offers shopping, restaurants, attractions, and more beaches.

Amazing. Don’t look any further this property is the one. My wife and I had a late flight and still wanted to do activities the day we left. Maui Coast had a hospitality room where we were able to shower after our excursions and feel relaxed for our flight. 10/10. Will definitely be back.

Two different set ups of rooms

The hotel staff was excellent, super polite and very helpful. I would like to remark that there are two parts of the hotel in new building that is right next to the pool with gorgeous looking rooms. If you don’t mind the liveliness of the pool. This is a great place to stay. The older part of the hotel that is located where the reception is is a little dated but clean and has everything needs.

I liked that we were given refillable water bottles and access to drinking water stations in more than one location within the hotel. I liked the pool, bikes, towels, parking, and the fact that was a bar and live music at night. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to.
