Very nice staff. Best part. However it was an inconvenience how there was no trash can or water filling station on your floor. You had to go to the lobby each time to do so. Also the pools could’ve been bigger. Other than that very friendly and hardworking housekeepers!

I almost don't want to say because it's so wonderful! Maui Coast was amazing, from the staff to the courtesy shuttle and Mr. Jr making drinks by the pool!!!It was a five star experience for a much less price. We have stayed at the Waldorf in Cabo and this was better! Amazing beaches across the street and tasty food everywhere. Mahalo!

Fantastic hotel

Amazing hotel and staff! Everyone was kind and helpful, and the grounds were nice and well-taken care of. They have a brand new electric shuttle that can take you around locally, picking you up and dropping you off within about 3 miles. They also have complimentary bikes that are in great shape, and you can use for 3 hours at a time. We stayed in their new tower, which was great and had a washer and dryer and detergent for complimentary laundry. The room service left the rooms clean, but not quite immaculate, as we noticed some dirty corners, but that was minor. Would definitely recommend!

What a perfect stay. Kihei is in the middle of Maui with miles of gorgeous, accessible public beaches beautifully maintained. The hotel had excellent salt and freshwater pools, an outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was lovely, with reusable water bottles and filtered water at each exit. Excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Great recommendation to the Snorkel Shop next door that rented us masks (one prescription!) for $15 for the week. The hotel even had a laundry room with free soap and washer/dryer use. Excellent rates and service in the perfect location. 10 stars!

Upon arrive I was warmly greeted by the staff. They even delivered a bottle of champagne for me and my fiancés anniversary. They had lots of amenities and even a full gym. It was an overall amazing stay. We will definitely be making this a regular stay each year.

Everyone and everything from the Front Desk, To the amenities!! Having a van available to get to restaurant and shops! The drivers being extremely nice and always making suggestions on where to go! Room was clean and loved having a balcony! A pickleball court, live music every night, and it’s literally across the street from the beach!!! Thank you front desk for keeping our bags our last day while we went out for breakfast! Great team at Maui Coast Hotel!!!!!

Everything was amazing to the food, the service, the comfort, the room. The staff by the pool to get the towels were surly from time to time but we loved the free ice cream mochi that came by every afternoon. Additionally we wished there was an adults only pool or at least an adults only time period for the infinity pool, because there were many kids jumping from things they shouldn’t be jumping from into a shallow pool and splashing people that were trying to Sun bathe or relax by the pool.
