Welcome to paradise. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee out on the lanai looking directly at the ocean. Watch the boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure, the whales, when in season, are also viewable from the Lanai. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops and a marble backsplash. All Whirlpool appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. The newly remodeled bathrooms include walk in showers with tropical glass panes new vanities, light fixtures, chair height toilets, and mirrors. The cozy living room consists of large couch, 3 large chairs, turtle cocktail table, and end tables to enhance your island vacation. Hardwood bamboo floors extend from the stairs into the upstairs bedroom. Louver doors were installed for more privacy and ease of use upstairs. 3 AC units that are whisper quiet and resort quality are in each bedroom and living area. Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. This unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, not only is it a great family beach, it is one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. During the evening hours, visitors and locals grab a beach chair and watch the sunset on an expansive grass area above the beach. There are two swimming pools, spas, and two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise. This unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has a California King Mattress. The upstairs bedroom has a California King with a full private bathroom. There are six ceiling fans, along with three air conditioners. However, with both lanai doors open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite cool!
