Someone designed this room around one idea: when you sit down, you should see nothing but water. The living room of this top-floor, south-corner condo sits on a raised platform, lifting the huge champagne-colored leather sectional — chaises and all — to look clean over the balcony rail through two enormous 5-by-8-foot picture windows. Endless ocean, edge to edge, from the most comfortable seat in the building.

The private balcony has been freshly updated with an epoxy deck, furnished with a pub table and Polywood chairs for meals and drinks with the south-corner panorama. Inside, a 60" TV holds its own against the view (barely), and the well-stocked kitchen with Keurig keeps mornings easy. Both queen bedrooms feature walk-in tiled showers in bathrooms that are genuinely modern and distinctive — one bedroom includes its own TV.

Beds are made for your arrival, a washer and dryer are in the unit, and Wi-Fi is included. This is a pet-free property. Elevator access takes you to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).

This condo offers its guests a water park and a fitness center. Public spaces have free WiFi. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly condo.
