Cottage is 3 bedrooms (plus a queen sleeper sofa in livingroom ) & 2 bathrooms and located three streets away from beach access with parking! Just minutes away from the sound, multi-use trail that runs along Bay Drive, and public gazebo dock that's perfect for watching sunsets. Cottage is in pristine condition.
