Koko’s Cabana is a cozy 3 bedroom designer Cottage Oceanside in popular Kill Devil Hills and is only about 350 steps to the 1st Street beach access. 1 and 1/2 bath indoors and an outdoor shower and toilet. Wonderful screened in back deck is perfect for hanging out, listening to the waves and has become a guest favorite. Dog Friendly! Features a large fenced-in lighted backyard with fire pit, Beach Cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys all included. All you need is your swimsuit and flip flops.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local attractions. The home was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner gave us very detailed information about the place before we arrived and was very easy to communicate with. It is very close to the beach, just a short walk. Close to everything! Beach, shops, dining, Wright brothers, sand dunes. Perfect for my family and dogs to stay at with plenty of room and the extra beach gear they provided came in handy! We would stay here again the next time we visit OBX!

Great Pet-friendly getaway

Enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the location was great - very close to the beach and close to grocery stores and other shops. I brought my pup and found the house to be very pet-friendly since it has a securely fenced backyard as well as a gate on the front deck.

Very clean. The location was perfect .3 mile walk to the beach that was it. Neighborhood was great to walk dogs as well. Back yard was fabulous for the dogs. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and at night drinking a glass of wine and listening to the waves on the beach. Sunrise view was spectacular see photo below.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It was exactly as described. It’s in a great location with it being a short walk to the beach & close to restaurants & shopping. The place was incredibly clean & the king bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a rental. When I had a question for the host he was very prompt in responding. But the best part for us was that it was pet friendly & it had a nice sized fenced in back yard. We were very pleased with our stay & look forward to staying there again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Property manager was super responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations! House was super clean and the beds were real comfy.
