There were a bunch of young girls staying at the property and they were extremely noisy - after 11pm and even before 6am. It made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep for the last 2 nights.

Nice hotel - typical of what is expected of a Hampton Suites. The access to the property isn't convenient - you have to cut through one of three restaurant establishments to get to the hotel party lot.

Comfortable overnight stay

It was a quick overnight stay to Temple to help a friend move but it was nice having a clean and comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

This is a nice hotel but there are some things I didn’t care for. First they charged my credit card $50. First time that’s ever happened in decades of traveling. Outside our room was a huge light shining in our window. The electronic blinds didn’t work correctly so room was not dark. There were only 2 small bath towels so I had to inform them that’s what there was and I didn’t take any and don’t keep my deposit. The garbage can in room is so small it holds 3 bottles and that’s about it! The free breakfast had something for everyone. From eggs, sausages and potatoes, to oatmeal with toppings, yogurts, breads, waffles. Protein items were very low quality, which is all we eat. The in room coffee maker is not great, on second cup it shot steam at me and melted the thing that holds the pod so the pod fell in my cup. Our room was quiet. There were no carts at 7am so we had to carry everything. I think they only have 2 carts to start with.

Solid hotel

Check in is great, staff are great. Hotel itself is very good. Downsides are that this hotel is a royal pain to get in and out of the parking lot if you want to get leave in some directions and it is at a very busy intersection so pay attention. Vent fan in bathroom didn’t work, and neighbors tv loud thru wall even tho you couldn’t hear it in front hall. The breakfast is not good, if you want the eggs or a fresh banana two days in a row.
