The indoor pool heater was broken so it was cold, the hot tub was so hot, and there were no pool towels for guests. Several machines in gym weren’t working and didn’t have a posted sign. The bed was terrible, I woke up in such pain! Wouldn’t recommend

This hotel could be so much better. We picked it because it was the only one in Killeen that had an indoor pool. We got there and the pool was closed due to a drain problem. The rooms were old and shabby and the front desk people depressed me.

This was a quite hotel, but it was dated felt like I was living in the 90’s , the room was large but it felt like I was staying at an out dated motel, human DNA was everywhere, housekeeping definitely doesn’t know how clean a room properly, there was a dirty wash cloth left on the night stand! Human stains on carpet!, this place could be a nice hotel if they invest in the property!

Needs some “tender lovin care” Pool doesn’t look inviting and the restaurant was closed. Hotel is large, not many customers but could be the time of year. Staff is very pleasant. We stayed here for the convenience from Military base and Killeen airport shuttle.
