Three issues: 1. noise from permanent resident directly above my room. they were moving furniture, all types of noise, and running vacuum cleaners after 10 pm. I suggest you put your guest on upper floors and let permanent residents stay on ground floor. This kept me us most of night, Freeway out front was quieter. 2. Went for breakfast on Sunday at 7:30, 90% of food gone. Coffee worked and lot of dry mud on floor from a construction crew that left breakfast area in disaster. There was a staffer dude at the counter playing on the computer and completely disconnected. Just checked out, did not mention breakfast area trashed and back on the road. 3. Housekeeping needs a manager to follow up on job. I moved a chair closer to tv and all kinds of debris on floor and wall under chair. Looked like it was missed for last 3 months, Most likely would not stay there again.

The room was fine, but the room keys did not work on a couple of occasions, once late at night. Someone had to let me in to the building, and it didn’t work on the room door either. So a couple of times, I had to go back down to the front counter to reactivate the room key.

Clean & Comfortable

Clean comfortable room, did online check in but repeated same steps at desk. All staff has been friendly and efficient both stays. Breakfast is very limited but not a deciding factor. Will stay again when in the area.
