This upgraded, family-friendly 2-story residence has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with bar seating that is a chef’s dream, an elegant dining table set for eight that offers picturesque views of Packsaddle Mountain, and 5 serene bedrooms spaced across two floors for privacy. The bright, airy living room opens to an expansive covered entertaining deck with multiple seating areas and cozy fire pit. Head across the impressive lawn shaded by large pecan trees down to the gentle sloping beach, a perfect play area for kids. Have your rented jet skis or boat delivered right to the dock. Enjoy the paddle boards and kayaks that are thoughtfully provided for guest use. •We strive to make sure your time at the house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay by phone, text, email, or in person if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

•While we understand that pets are family members too, they are NOT allowed at Sandbar Beach House. No exceptions will be made, and this is a zero-tolerance pet policy. Thank you for your understanding.

•Beach Towels are NOT provided so please if you plan on going to the beach, bring some beach towels with you. Please DO NOT use the indoor bath towels provided at the beach as they are for bathroom use only.

•There are security cameras located outside the property for your security and protection during your stay

•There is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of these quiet times
