The Neighborhood: Tattau's Cove is ideally situated to enjoy the best of Kingsland and its surroundings. The neighborhood offers a blend of tranquility and convenience. Within a short distance, you'll find a range of restaurants to choose from, such as Boat Town Burger Bar. Patio 2900 Pizza, Wakepoint-The Spot, and local Wineries. The area is known for its stunning waterfront views and is ideal for outdoor activities. Enjoy the peaceful setting of the cove, while having easy access to local activities, Longhorn Caverns, Spider Mountain and Enchanted Rock are nearby.
Getting Around: Given the location, access to a personal vehicle is recommended, as public transportation options are not available for this area. This property offers free parking on-site for your convenience.
Other Things to Note: Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.
