"I reserved two balcony rooms and the did not disappoint. They had great views of Edinburgh Castle and the main street in front with all the pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was good everyday and I could even pick an item off the menu for something extra special. Our beds were a little firm but everything else was great."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The internet was not working. The gym didn’t open until 7 am and when I asked the front desk the night before if I could go in an hour earlier in the morning they said no. This was very disappointing."
