Location, location, location. Hotel has a modern vibe, great concierge hosts, and welcoming rooms. My family had a great time and felt right at home. Convient location close to shops, Waverly Station and restaurants. Hop on/off buses stop right in front. Definetively will stay with Apex Waterloo place on my next stay in Edinburgh :)

This property was near the train station in Edinburgh and has an elevator that takes you down to the train station level to avoid so much chaos. Also the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend the porridge.

The breakfasts were amazing , as were the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very pleasant at all times... I was pleased with my room : the bathroom had a shower & a bath which I used to relax in the evening after a long day walking around Edinburgh, seeing all the wonderful sights of the city...

Amazing customer service. Faye greeted me at the front desk and checked me in early, walked me to my room and helped carry my bags. I felt spoiled in the best way. I had expiation service from all staff. The pool and spa were amazing. I can’t express enough how great this place is! 12/10!
