It is within walking distance to family-friendly Adair park & conveniently located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores & the interstate. The "home away from home" offers brand new, full-sized kitchen appliances, in-house laundry, an attached garage, carport & ample off-street parking. The large back yard has a huge 2-story storage shed and large mature trees. There is a nice back deck, perfect for firing up the charcoal grill or that well-deserved glass of wine at the end of the day. Alternatively, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the front porch as you watch the birds in the dogwoods in the front yard. Utilities and complimentary internet/wifi included. Note: 3rd bedroom currently set up as a playroom/office space but can be furnished with bedroom furniture upon request, with advanced notice. Air mattresses, pack-n-plays and kiddie cots also available. (subject to availability).
