We like how the hotel is close to 129 and shopping and restaurants in Alcoa. It’s located in the newer area being built up with commercial buildings. The hotel itself is clean and the 2nd floor was quiet during our stay. The room is spacious. The smell was meh and the pillows are too soft for our liking. The bath towels could use more softener. Overall, it was a good one night stay at the Fairfield. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was great. The only thing that needs to be addressed was the bed. Very thin mattress and too soft (at least for my liking). This is the only issue I had - otherwise, I would stay here again - but different room.
