First, the staff has always been very helpful and professional and now that the upgrade is complete, the rooms are even better. Second, because we bring our dog with us for every stay, the new flooring is much appreciated - they've eliminated old carpet in favor of nice, clean, luxury vinyl tile which has to be easier to keep clean because our dog does not seem distracted by any evidence of previous pet occupancy. We look forward to our next visits to the Lenoir City Hampton Inn.
