The room was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every way. There was never a time we didn't have all that we needed. Everything was just right.

Staff was friendly. There was a slight odor throughout the building and in the rooms--musty/ stale. A few issue with our air in the room but could have been operator error. Overall decent place to stay when traveling with dog.

First off, your pet fee is absolutely ridiculous. You have the highest fee at $75. Secondly, your pet area is way too small, dogs need bigger room to sniff and do their business. I would not call your hotel pet friendly by any means. The room itself was plenty big enough, clean, but the tub was a bit too slippery when stepping in so I put a hand towel down to avoid slipping.

In the 90s you could book this level of hotel and no it would be satisfactory much of the time. Now it seems so many of these hotels have been updated, but not “really” updated. I was disappointed to open the refrigerator in our room to place a drink inside for the next day to be met with an order that about knocked me over and mold. The corners seemed neglected all throughout the room. I was just passing through need of somewhere to lay my head to sleep, but I would have been even more disappointed if this was the place I selected to stay for my vacation.

We enjoyed everything about our room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast provided, clean. Only reason we chose 4 star instead of 5 is they didn’t service our room unless we asked for. Will I stay there again - yes!

Room was spacious. Beds was comfortable as well as pillows. I liked that there was 4 pillows on each bed as most hotels only do 2 per bed. House keeping needs to do a better job at cleaning. Shower had a hair tie left in the soap holder which makes me believe they didn’t even clean it. Floor was not swept in bathroom either. The area beside the bed was gross. Looked like something had been spilled down the side of the night stand and had never been cleaned. Besides needing a good clean the room itself was fine. Air unit didn’t work very well. Air was cold but barely blew out. Didn’t eat breakfast as it was not open yet when we checked out. Plenty of parking, quiet area

Pleasant and well priced

3 night stay in vacation from Florida. Check in was quick and pleasant. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities; coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfortable, might be time for new pillows. Breakfast was always on time, fresh and well maintained. Would stay again if our travel finds us in the area again. Thank you.
