The room was clean but the mini-fridge should be listed as a micro-fridge. Had to get on hands and knees to reach coffee maker. Bed was too soft which made it uncomfortable for me. Stayed on first floor which had no ice machine so I had to ask front desk for ice. I will stay elsewhere for my next trip to Kokomo.

Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Lobby and elevator have an odor that is really bad. Elevator sounds like it is going to crash every time. “Bar” never appeared to be open.

Very clean, comfortable. Went to lobby for breakfast at 930am...staff said they were closed! Closed at 930am?? Dont offer complimentary breakfast if you don't have it!
