I always return back to the Stoney Creek. The wilderness theme is very cozy and homey. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly.

The hotel was okay. There was lots of mess in the hallway and the pool area needed a LOT of cleaning. The breakfast was okay. It just seems like hotels are so expensive and you don't get a lot for what you pay anymore. This was just an okay stay for us.

Pool area wasn’t fun

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel last weekend,( 5/2-5/4) but I didn’t enjoy getting squirted by a couple of unruly kids when I was sitting in the hot tub. I told them nicely to stop after the first time of what may have been an accident. But then they tried to get a rise out of me by purposely squirting me a few more times with their water toys. Parents no where to be found.

Accommodation was clean and well kept Bed and pillows a little lumpy Desk reception was very courteous and professional (no other contact with staff) Lots of water on bathroom floor after shower no matter how tightly I closed the shower curtain Noise in the hall from kids running back and forth until late hours. Better sound proofing would be nice

Hotel overbooked and gave our room away so when we arrived to check in they had no rooms even though we prepaid, with VIP access. When refunded we still had a $30 booking fee we didn't get back.

There is nothing good about this property except for the outside of the building and the staff. I took pictures but no where to post them. We booked adjoining rooms and put in special notes and still didn't get them, our rooms had mold, broken tiles, wall paper falling down. The pool had mold and bugs, furniture was stained, rooms were very dirty. Elevators were broken so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs repeatedly, and at breakfast there was no hot food. Staff said it was because they don't buy the food till the morning of after they see how many people they have so they had had to wait for more and it was late... terrible stay!!!
