Staff was rude, unprofessional and generally inexperienced. They couldn’t find my reservation and basically told me “I don’t know what to do.” Also the lobby smelled.

There was roaches in our room. We have a baby and the landlord calls us telling us to be quiet because there’s complaints nextdoor and very rudely, mind you.

Had cockroaches in the restroom. Air-conditioner was loud. People outside of my room all hours of the night being loud. It was an uncomfortable stay.

Nice, kinda out of the way property. Everything went smoothly. . . Was given the Wi-Fi password, easily (although, it wasn't working, with my phone, for some reason). Look forward to staying there, again.

The management seem to have a slight negative attitude. One hour after we got into our room he knocked on the door and said he needed to check our water/plumbing because water department said there was a leak somewhere. There was not water dept. vehicle to be seen. My husband was the using the bathroom at that time . He was not able get up off the toilet fast enough for this man. We left and had dinner.

Give it a try! It's safe for a solo traveler

Liked the location & that it was just 1 level in the room I stayed at. It was quiet the last night but on Saturday night, people in the neighborhood were popping fireworks multiple times. I could also hear the one neighboring room, it was a couple arguing. I could hear everything when I was in the restroom but could block the noise out in the room with the TV sound up. There were some sketchy guys when I checked in and also when I checked out but I stayed to myself in the room in the evenings & everything was fine! I was given the room next to the registration office which at first made me feel safe since I'm a female traveling by myself but then I started to feel like they might have done that intentionally for another reason and I didn't feel as comfortable. But I was just there to sleep for 2 nights & was not there the entire day so I didn't have to deal with the discomfort for that long. I didn't like the format of the "shower". The water splashed out because the shower curtain was too short & there was no enclosure & the water got backed up easily and the floor has a slope on it so you're standing at a slant while you shower. But the bathroom was spacious. I just wish they had more shelves/hooks for toiletries, towels, etc. The room was regular size for a motel. It had a small fridge & microwave & the personnel was pchill. But no way of turning down housekeeping if you're gone during the day.You'll have to turn in the remote control with your key card at checkout.
The shower might have been ADA but even then it's not safe because of slipping issues and water clogging while showering
The toilet paper was rolled up in a sloppy manner as if it had been unrolled and then quickly rolled up.
The AC gets real cold. The bed was not the most comfortable but it wasn't unbearable. The pillows were not fluffy.
Liked the racks but the room only had 2 hangers. And the bed didn't have the warm blanket I find in other motels.

Overall good stay

The room is quite small—suitable for one average-sized adult only. It’s not ideal for more than one person. Other than that, everything is great. The receptionist is very kind and welcoming, and the refrigerator works well.
