Best part of this hotel- the pool. The menu is great and the staff at the pool is super friendly. We booked a veranda king room and didn’t like the location of the room; the girl at the front desk was very reluctant to change our room and didn’t offer any sympathy. We notified the hotel it was our anniversary prior to checking in, but did not receive any special welcome at all during our stay. Property is clean and very pretty. Great dining options. Expensive self park, it’s 45 a day. 55 for valet. Wish the front desk staff was a little nicer, but they just didn’t care.

Smell was fixed it but we had to call back and someone else got it fixed the first girl didn’t really seem to care. It was stressful for me since I am pregnant and was tired from long travel. Better to check your rooms before checking in your guests. Overall the property is lovely but the inconvenience didn’t make it pleasant.

Loved the mocktail bar! Staff were friendly. Dining options are open to the public without room reservations. Unable to get to the free walk tour and yoga classes but love that these are offered.
