I get nervous picking independent hotels in new areas, but this Inn was really great! I was in La Jolla for just an evening and it was super walkable. I parked my car and never had to drive again! The room was comfy, the front desk was helpful. I didn’t utilize the amenities but it appeared to have a cute pool and guest lounge. The location was seriously perfect. Loved the view from my balcony & the clear elevator on the front of the building.

Cozy, comfortable hotel in downtown La Jolla. Excellent staff ensure a pleasurable stay at the Inn as well as La Jolla. Seal Rock and ocean walkways are minutes away, with multiple dining selections. The Inn offers coupons/discounts for several nearby restaurants. Rooms are a tad dated, but comfortable. Onsite parking (free with Expedia VIP) always has open spots. Only 15 minutes from UCSD, but with all of the benefits of being in La Jolla. Definitely would stay again.

We pick between 3 hotels in the area and this is one of our favorites. Very nice customer service and very clean. The parking and view were the reason we decided to book at another nearby but this is definitely a recommendation for the area. It's walkable and a nice hotel for couples or someone traveling alone and wanting a safe area walkable near your room.

Everything was great during my stay and I would have given 5 stars, except when the cleaning employee knocked at 8am asking if I wanted cleaning but I was already checking out that day and I was still trying to sleep in, it was very upsetting that they were that early and didn’t even check to see if I was already checking out that day. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and very close to everything in La Jolla, I walked everywhere!

The staff is extremely nice. The rooms are nice but the view was fantastic. Lots of conveniences available like water dispenser in the hall for fresh tasting water. The beds and pillows were vwry comfortable. Cool area to walk around to find meals and shop.

Comfortable stay while at UCSD hospital

My husband was in UCSD and stayed at this hotel. Miquel and Marion were wonderful making me feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel as a lower price option to some of the high priced downtown La Jolla rooms. Excellent location and service.
