Easy parking, fantastic front desk help, beautiful view from the balcony, great location for shopping and eating and to walk to the oceanfront walkway. It is undergoing construction right now, but our room was still comfortable and clean. We did not have any construction noise because we were there on a weekend and the construction did not impede the view or the lobby. I am sure that after the renovation, the rooms are going to be beautiful. The rooms are also very large, so they are easy to move around in, even with lots of luggage or more than a couple people.
