Room was very outdated and basis nothing special about it. We were given a handicap unit shower with a jacuzzi that was just about broken. Small tv to the corner not centered with the bed or access to jacuzzi viewing. The refrigerator so small size of the microwave. All amenities in the game room area were not complimentary except for the ping pong and tv video game. Coins were required for fussball table and shuffle air table along with one acarde table.

Good choice for smaller families up West rooms, waterpark. Older East views more appropriate for teens, 2 hot tubs and less kids at pool. Overall dated exterior, clean, comfortable accommodations, dusting needed on light fixtures. Noise levels between rooms noticeable. Views spectacular, overall relaxing weekend.

Beautiful resort. Clean quiet. the staff is amazing everywhere you go. Friendly, and willing to help or answer questions. Be careful driving there. Pay attention to signs so you don't get lost on unpaved, desolate back roads. South 2 bedroom is lovely. amazing view. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfy beds with clean linen. have to request more towel and supplies as it is skimpy and bring your own toiletries. the soap is like a piece of cardboard and a tiny bit of shampoo. No elevators, so its a pain lugging everything in and out. The pool is quite the pool! Huge, clean, nice changing rooms, staff available. Just crazy with kids and bad behavior. It seems the staff is very liberal with what goes on at the pool. Kids are running wild, jumping off things, screaming, throwing balls, in the hot tub, drinking and eating is allowed also. Can't say enough about the lovely staff. so kind and friendly and a lot of them. The restaurant is very nice. Buffet was great. homemade food. Delicious and service is great. Restaurant is not very big and we could not get in for dinner on a Friday night. The property has everything you could think of for winter fun and it's a wonderful get away for families.

The property was well maintained. Our toilet sidnt fluah correctly and with 1 call to the front desk they had someone there to replace thw toilet within minutes.

I had the opportunity to visit some places, but I must confess that this hotel is among the best I’ve stayed at. Very clean and spacious. The service in the kitchen and at the bar was spectacular. A great place for the whole family.

Honestly I give 6.5 out of 10. Firstly late check in time when booked wasnt accurate and we could of arrived two hours earlier which would have been more convenient and allowed us more time to enjoy the property. We walked in room and had apperance of clean til u looked at mirrors and kids finger prints were all Over the glass and mirrors leaving me to believe proper sanitization was not done. Third no plugs in master bedroom so god forbid u had medical Equiptment like cpap u wont beable to use it in master bedroom, when braught to lamagement attention i was informed thay we were not in am updated suit but other suits did not have this issue. Well thats nice they are working towards fixong this issues why am i being charged same for non renovated room as someone who got renovated room? Or why not option to choose between the two? So they say the buffet kid charge is for kids ages til 12 i was very honest and said two of boys 12 and one is going to be thirteen monday and they acted like they did huge favor for giving us the 12 and under pricing hey i didnt make the rules set the age to 11 then.The buffet however was good but not HOT in anymeans and sauages hard as rocks if they didnt have so many other great options it would of really upset me. the 90min fun pool time limit unless there isnt a wait. Do not wast money on mot sticks six for 13$ that were grayish and not fully cooked. $13 for a short drink. Vending machines $3.75 a water was glad we braught our own.
