Large facility, beware you might not be in the complex with the large pool and need to drive over which makes for a cold wet drive back. Slightly dated, slightly overpriced and they did not take care of their property fast enough in snow (think 10am ice skating and the entrance to the area was not shoveled.) Bring your own sled!
