This was my very FIRST TIME TO CHOOSE A DOUBLETREE property. Upon my immediate arrival I noticed a pungent obvious smell of natural gas, EXTREMELY EVIDENT. I mentioned this on two occasions but was told they DONT HAVE A LEAK. I was told it was a STOVE IN THE KITCHEN. All I could imagine is someone striking a match or lighter to smoke and the entire place combust. I had a headache the entire stay. Had to make way down to local pharmacy to get meds. But remember, NO LEAK. The bathroom was like a matchbox. The ceiling had areas that showed signs of prior leakage bulging popcorn. Not sure but beds were hard. Linens felt clean but my skin itched both nights I stayed. AC vents need attention. I rarely give my opinions but feel it was warranted. Feel free to reach out. Clint Parker 3185608328

Nice quiet, clean and comfortable hotel room. Really appreciated free shuttle to the airport. Only issues, we had to ask for bath towels and coffee packets on the first night, it was as if housekeeping had been interrupted and hadn’t finished the room before we checked in after 9pm Friday, Oct 10
