Customer service was extremely poor. The staff was rude and unprofessional. No basic courtesy,not even a bottle of water was offered. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was very poorly managed: no fruit, limited options, and disorganized overall. The stay was disappointing and far from what was advertised.
