Be aware that there are approximately $100 per day fees added to the final bill. Maybe I missed it, but that would be a good thing to know before booking a room. I booked this room and paid in advance. No mention of this when I checked in. But what difference would that make at that time . Reminded me of Vegas hotels. I probably won’t stay here again because of this.

Everything stands out! The launch offers a spectacular experience that makes us want to stay longer. And we will the next time. The room is spacious with various lighting options. We stayed two nights at this property the property is nice but on the second day we asked to have our room cleaned and turned down with Fresh Linen and when we went to dinner that evening expecting to come back to a clean room they never even got to us and said that they weren't able to do it so we had to stay the second night in a dirty room with dirty linen when I confronted the manager they apologized and said that they would comp me for two nights And I had said thank you very much that that was very reasonable but after I left the resort and came home I never got the compensation that I was told I was going to get so word of advice always get something in writing when there is some sort of negotiation that is being done

The staffing was amazing, Greg and Garrett among the rest of the staffing have all been amazing and friendly! Food was great, the room service was quick and easy to order. the rooms were cleaned and comfortable. We will stay again a great hidden gem in Laguna
